Customer Success Manager

Looking for a Customer Success Ninja based in Montreal to work side by side with the founder (me) to Design User Happiness, from on-boarding to renewal and drive exciting Growth & Opportunities in a Small and Solid SaaS Business.

If you have amazing communication skills, read humans really well & love to write clear and compelling copy, I want to meet you! 
If coordinating every coordinatable thing turns you on & if you can’t stand balls being dropped, I really want to meet you!

Mapping Matter is a small but solid SaaS business with steady growth. We provide a web platform helping technical designers plan some of the very best (and largest!) video mapping experiences on the planet. We now have a solid Customer Base all over the World and are ready to expand & solidify what we've built.

This is no corporate gig (there are plenty of those around!) it’s definitely all about business growth & happiness and very much not about a dental plan ;p

You don’t need to have the perfect resume/experience for this job so long as :
  • You love people and thrive at creating a great vibe with all customers.
  • Your brain is a followup machine (systematic and highly organized).
  • You are resourceful, you like learning new softwares and best practices.
  • You are passionate about driving business growth.
  • You can create clear & engaging copy &  documentation (how-to’s, case-studies...)
  • You have a positive mindset and know how to own your shit, the good and the bad.

You’ll be working directly with the founder (me), from a co-working space either in the Mile-End or in Old Montreal. Since Mapping Matter has an International Client base, you’ll sometimes need to have a flexible schedule. I’m a passionate innovator that loves bouncing ideas and building strategies. Within the first couple months you’ll learn a ton about Video Projection and the Live Entertainment industry.

As the customer success manager, you will be responsible for :
  • Qualifying all new inbound leads. 
  • Implementing efficient workflows for staying on top of everything.
  • Making sure every user is successful and getting the maximum value out of the platform.
  • Following usage stats, re-engaging customers and driving new business opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with customers.
  • Providing top notch on-going support.
  • Creating awesome documentation and learning material.
  • Organizing meetups, one-on-one trainings and product demos.
  • Finding and executing the best strategies to drive faster growth, adoption & happiness.
